Blended learning
Blended learning simply means a mixture
of different methods of learning using all the senses. For example some on the
job instruction, learning from doing, using DVDs, text, books, photographs etc
to make the learning interesting and informative. GTL has a wide range of
learning resources to enable your training to be more interesting and effective.

Standard
programmes
There are a number of standard programmes available. These can be
delivered in company or at a distance.
Bespoke programmes
Bespoke programmes are designed specifically
for your organisation and are the best way of ensuring that the training you are
undertaken meets your business needs and priorities. A GTL Advisor will visit
you and undertake a detailed consultation to find out exactly what is
required. These courses can then be implemented by GTL or used as in
