Management &
Supervision Learning Programme The Action Plan includes taking photographs of the candidate working to discuss this evidence (a disposable camera is provided), question and answer sheets, tape recording answers to questions, videoing the candidate at work and collecting work based evidence. The benefit of this programme to you is that it will help you manage your own learning. It also quickens the pace of learning and formal development. The employer will gain from you being more motivated in your job and using the programme to obtain levels of quality and performance. In many cases the process of learning will allow you to reflect on what you already know and can do. If we all work together to develop our skills then our future will be more certain. All programmes focus on improving service to the customer. The programme leads an individual to review their existing experience, gain accreditation towards a qualification by providing evidence of competence and a level of knowledge to be able to deal with a range of activities within an occupation. This can be delivered as a distance learning programme or in company. NVQs available: The fee is £850 per person, for members, including registration and certification with the OCR awarding body.
