Welcome The Glass Training Board is made up from employer directors from the glass, automotive glazing and fenestration sectors. It is also supported by Trade Unions, Private Providers, Colleges and Universities. It is an independent organization providing advice and resources to enhance what employers are already doing in the industry. It is a membership organization on an international basis, although don't let that get in the way of you seeking our best practice solutions. We advocate improving workplace learning as a means of involving more people in solutions that develop knowledge and skills to improve business performance. We have developed a number of novel learning methodologies which allow people in the industry to review and reflect on what they already know and can do and build on this to improve their individual and organizational performance.
